Adaptive Living
This building once used to serve as a residential home for disabled and special needs individuals. It was granted permission to be converted from hospital to residential. The entire building was completely stripped out and new everything was installed.
The main space within the dwelling was the 'T' shaped forum / dinning / living and kitchen areas. Works included channelling out walls for new electrics / under floor heating / tiled flooring / insulation both walls and loft voids / new plumbing / plastering / lighting / painting and decorating.
