ADDing Visual Value
Today we worked with a client who had recently move to the property at the start of new tenancy. In conjunction with the landlord and Tennant we agreed a scope of work and budget.
The client and Landlord between them had an extremely limited budget which meant only 3 days labour for 1 person could be applied. For that stones were put either side the footpath to the shed / new turf on the existing lawn / and smarting up the boarders left and right of the fence.
