As every project we undertake is different we will advise on the most applicable rate for your project based on the skills required.
Other costings
Mileage:
Any projects geographically located within 30 minutes or less than 10 miles from our offices in Staines Upon Thames will not be subject to mileage charges*
Materials:
Material are brought at cost from our suppliers
Additional Charges:
While every project is different they will require a mixture of the above services. Typically we do not always apply charges but will advise you if this is applicable to your project.
* We reserve the right to add in a claim for fuel / mileage for collections of materials and or bespoke client requests which means we do unforeseen mileage and or if the client lives geographically over 10 miles from our office location of Staines upon Thames.

Our Standard Project Process
Step 1
Site Visit
Before we can supply you with an estimate, we need to gain as much understand of your project as possible to be able to offer you a fair estimate that careers for all of your deliverables.
The best way to achieve is this is to visit your premises, chat to you, measure up and assess if the project fits within our expertise and skill base.
Quiet often we will chat to you about short and longer term ideas and or suggestion solutions that you may or may not wish to include as part of the project.
Step 2
Estimating The Project Costs
Once we have a firm idea of what you are looking for, we will prepare a detailed estimate. Typically we supply window estimates showing worse and best case pricing. (Please Note: For a variety of reasons we do not supply quotations which are explained within our Terms page.). Estimates will be valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Step 3
Booking Us
If you decide to book us, we will liaise with you on the best start date and formally book you in. In most cases we will take a deposit of up to 30% of the labour and material to secure the booking.
Step 4
Planning and procurement
Once we have a confirmed booking we will prepare ourselves before we arrive onsite with everything we need. In most cases the projects we handle require scaled plans and the purchasing of materials. We will organise what is necessary for a successful and productive first day on-site with you.
Step 5
First Day on-site and on-Going Works
As every project is different we will spend a small amount of time setting up when we arrive. As the project gets underway we will consult with you as we go and where applicable, tidy up before we leave. We will then produce an 'incremental invoice' so you can track both labour and material used. This typically will be pattern of delivery for the remainder of the project.

There is an array of wood working skills we can produce from planning, fabrication to final installation.

We can do many plumbing repairs and alterations and have a trusted 3rd party for more complex works
Design
Everything that we do nearly always require some form of design. We will produce a set of plans that maps out the work.
Decoration
We can help with plastering to filling, stripping, sanding, painting, wallpaper and room staging and presentation
Up-cycling
We love to up-cycle and refurbish and repurpose items. Sometimes it takes a fresh pair of eyes to spot and unlock hidden potential.
Fit-out / Fabrication
With critical eyes we will create your vision and ensure every detail is captured with the highest levels of care.
Sustainability
Where possible we always try to use reclaimed products and materials to help protect our precious environment.
Gardening
